Parties

This agreement is made between Selim Genişol (hereinafter referred to as "Selim Genişol"), who operates the website www.selimgenisol.com ("Website" or "www.selimgenisol.com"), and the internet user ("Member") who is a member of the website www.selimgenisol.com.

Subject of the Contract

This agreement governs the terms and conditions under which the member may use the services offered through the website www.selimgenisol.com owned by Selim Genişol, and also regulates the rights and obligations of the parties.

Rights and Obligations of the Parties

The member agrees to comply with the law, public order, and general morals while using the site. In case of non-compliance, all legal and criminal responsibility rests solely with the member.

4. Website Software, Design and Content:

The website's software infrastructure belongs to Wix.com, while its design and content are by Selim Genişol. Wix.com's terms of use apply to any security, access, or technical issues that may arise during the use of the site.

5. Protection of Personal Data:

6. Service and Price Changes:

Selim Genişol reserves the right to change, update, or terminate site content and membership fees without prior notice.

7. Responsibility for Health and Safety:

The member agrees to consider their own health condition during yoga and other physical activities and to consult a healthcare professional if necessary. Selim Genişol is not responsible for any physical or mental harm that may occur during these activities.

Termination of the Contract

This agreement terminates if the member cancels their membership or if it is canceled by Selim Genişol. If the member acts in violation of the terms of this agreement, Selim Genişol may unilaterally terminate the membership.

Force

Completing membership registration means that the member has read and accepted all the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement.
