This Distance Selling Agreement is valid and binding between Selim Genişol (“Service Provider”), operating at [address], and natural and legal persons (“Customer”) who purchase services from the Service Provider through the website www.selimgenisol.com, under the terms and conditions set forth below.

The customer declares that they have read, understood, accepted, and approved this agreement and its annexes.

1. DEFINITIONS

Customer: A natural or legal person who registers on the Site and/or purchases services.

Service: Products or services offered by the Service Provider through the Site and purchased in exchange for payment.

Legislation: The relevant legislation includes the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, the Regulation on Distance Sales Contracts, and other relevant legislation.

Parties: The Service Provider and the Customer will be collectively referred to as the “Parties”.

2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

This agreement governs the services, payment processes, and delivery conditions purchased by the Customer through the Site or from other internet sources intended for use on the Site. Furthermore, the Customer's rights and obligations during the service purchase are also specified in this agreement.

3. DELIVERY AND USE OF THE SERVICE

• The Service Provider undertakes to fully and completely deliver the service purchased by the Customer.

• The customer is responsible for paying attention to the information provided regarding the use of the service purchased.

• Services that have been used are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

4. PAYMENT AND TAXATION

• The service fee is paid by the Customer via credit card or debit card through the PayTr online payment system.

• After payment, the bank automatically deducts a 15% tax.

• In case of returns, the amount remaining after deducting taxes will be calculated and refunded to the Customer.

5. RETURN AND EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

• Unused Services:

If the customer has not used the service, they can request a refund. In this case, only the portion of the payment excluding tax will be refunded.

• Services Used:

No refunds will be given if the service has been used.

• Change:

Provided the service has not been used, it can be exchanged for another service of equal value.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The customer may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days of the purchase date, in accordance with Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection. However, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised if the service has already been used or has been rendered.

7. OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

• Service Provider:

They are responsible for providing the service within the specified time and conditions, resolving technical issues, and complying with regulations.

• Customer:

You are responsible for paying the service fee on time, providing accurate information regarding the service, and complying with the rules specified by the Service Provider.

8. RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES

Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices.

9. EFFECTIVE DATE

This agreement is valid from the date the Customer reads it and makes the purchase.
