1. Membership and Package Activation:

Membership packages are activated from the date of purchase or, if specified, on the nearest available date. Once membership has started and the first use has taken place, cancellation and refund requests are not accepted.

2. Returns of Used Packages:

Once the membership package has started and has been used at least once, no refunds are possible for the remaining rights.

3. Returns in Unused Packages:

If the membership package has not been used at all, a refund request can be made. However:

• The 15% tax withholding automatically deducted by the tax office via bank transfer for transactions related to social content creation under Article 20/B of the Income Tax Law No. 193 and Video Content Production and Broadcasting Activities under Law No. 591105 is non-refundable.

• The amount remaining after this deduction will be refunded once the member contacts Selim Genişol to initiate the refund process.

4. Sessions Not Attended:

If you are unable to attend the sessions scheduled as part of your membership:

• If cancellation is not notified at least 24 hours in advance, an additional 10% fee will be charged for that session.

• The refund request will be evaluated under these conditions, and the amount calculated after deducting any additional fees will be refunded to the member's account.

5. Special Cases:

Specific situations and requests regarding membership and cancellation policies will only be evaluated through communication with Selim Genişol.
